ColdTowne Theater announces change in ownership, Tauri Laws-Phillips, performer and faculty member, steps into ownership as ColdTowne Founder Michael Jastroch steps down. 

With this announcement, Michael Jastroch, ColdTowne Co-Founder, is stepping down after 14 years from his leadership role.This is a personal choice that Michael has made and there is nothing but good will between all parties. Michael will continue to teach, perform, do corporate workshops and mentor for ColdTowne. In his stead, ColdTowne is thrilled to report that longtime friend and colleague Tauri Laws-Phillips has joined forces with co-owners, Rachel Madorsky, Dave Buckman and Justin York. Tauri’s corresponding management role is:

Tauri Laws Phillips, Chief Operating Officer. Combining fifteen years of brand development and operations management and with over a decade of performance experience, Tauri will lead ColdTowne’s finance and marketing teams, working closely with all management teams to ensure execution and ongoing financial viability.

We couldn’t be more excited to have Tauri officially join” says Rachel Madorsky, co-owner and Chief Development Director.
