Rachel is a graduate from The Eugene O’Neill National Theater Institute, Syracuse University’s School of Drama and The Second City Conservatory. She fell in love with improv while performing with Comedy Sportz in Austin and The Second City in Cleveland. Rachel has performed in improv festivals around the country including; The Del Close Marathon, Ladies Are Funny Festival, North Carolina Comedy Arts Festival, Duofest, Frontera Fest and the Out of Bounds Comedy Festival.
Other performance and film credits include; Touring with The Second City Theatricals on the Norwegian Pearl, Daisy in the film F my C (Cleveland International Film Festival), Traci in the film Ultimate Guide to Flight (Austin Film Festival), Nina in the web series The Bank Manger (Produced & Directed by MAD tv and Key and Peele writer Rich Talarico) writer and performer for the two-woman sketch show You’re Fat and created the role of Rachel, The Love Specialist in Whole Foods Market’s comedy videos.
Rachel believes ColdTowne Theater is one of the greatest places on earth for developing comedic talent and making friends. She is one of the founding faculty members, teaching and performing at the theater since the doors opened in 2006. Rachel performs regularly as a member of the award-winning ensemble The Frank Mills and writes and improvises with Dave Buckman in their two-person show Rachel and Dave.
