The Fine Print
All students must have paid in full or have a payment plan in place before the first class of a session.
Students who have graduated from another improv theater’s yearlong training program can start at Level 2. We ask that all other students start at level 1 regardless of their experience. If you meet the criteria and want to start at Level 2, please send an email to email@example.com before registering.
Classes will sell out, so carpe diem! If the class you want is sold out, email firstname.lastname@example.org to get on the waitlist.

Temporary Addendum to Refund Policy for Improv Levels 1-6, Sketch 1-2, and Advanced Studies A1-A4, effective until January 1st, 2021:
- COVID-19 REFUND POLICY TEMPORARY ADDENDUM
- We ask that if you are unable to join us in June, you complete your credit or refund request by May 15th, 2020; this will enable us to create additional seats in classes for those on waitlist in time for them to register. If we do not receive your request by May 15th, we will move forward with the assumption you’re on board and ready to ‘prov when we are. After May 15th, refund requests for outstanding registrations and new registrations will not be accepted. We will provide class credit only after May 15th.
- $99 Deals are non-refundable; all unredeemed $99 Deals purchased in 2019 will be awarded credit with an indefinite redemption period.
